Most meal planners treat a household as one set of preferences. MealAce models each person separately — their allergies, their intolerances, the things they simply will not eat — and plans a week that works for all of them at once.
How it works
Every member, individually
Add each person in your home and record what they can't eat. A diagnosed allergy, a lactose intolerance and a child who refuses mushrooms are three different things, and MealAce treats them that way.
A week of dinners
MealAce plans the week against everyone's constraints together, and tells you which constraint ruled a meal out and whose it was. Swap any night and the rest of the week keeps up.
One grocery list
The whole week collapses into a single list, with quantities combined and scaled to how many people are actually eating.
Cooking, step by step
When it is time to cook, MealAce walks the recipe with you — prep, steps and named timers — so you are not scrolling back up mid-pan.
Allergy checking is never a paid feature
MealAce will have a paid tier. Allergy checking will never be part of it. Neither will viewing your own data, deleting it, food-safety warnings, accessibility, or restoring a purchase. A safety feature you have to pay for is not a safety feature.
MealAce is a planning tool, not medical advice. It works from what you record, and it cannot see inside the package on the shelf. Always check the label.
Your household stays on your phone
MealAce has no account, no login and no server. It makes no network requests of its own. Your family's names, their allergies, your plans and your grocery list are written to your iPhone and never leave it — because there is nowhere for them to go.
No analytics. No tracking. No advertising. The Privacy Policy spells out exactly what that means, in plain words.
Where things stand
MealAce is not released yet. It is being built for iPhone, launching in the United States first. There is no App Store listing to link to today — when there is one, it will be here.
